MALT is a platform for hiring freelancers in areas such as digital development, design, experts in data, image and sound, consulting or communication. It is designed to facilitate contact between large companies and self-employed professionals from the presentation of the project to payment. Malt currently has more than 250,000 professionals registered in it, mainly in France, Germany and Spain, where it has its headquarters (in Paris, Lyon, Madrid, Munich and Berlin).
Challenge:
Development of the national and international market in order to triple the GMV year-on-year.
Solution:
Although we have in-house a great sales team and the necessary technologies to reach the market such as Salesforce, Hunter, Salesloft, etc. Meeting Dots has provided us with an external team of 5 SDRs with which we develop a joint strategy of cold prospecting. The implementation of the project has been quick and effective.
After sharing our target market, segmentation, parameters of our ideal customers, our marketing material, and the goal of monthly meetings, we immediately began to receive meetings with decision makers who meet the desired parameters.
Results:
The outsourcing of the prospecting activity has allowed us to focus on the development of accounts without penalizing the generation of new business. Thanks to Meeting dots we have opened 15 key accounts that have contributed to achieving our growth objectives. The ROI generated with the meetings scheduled by Meeting Dots in the second half of 2020 has been 317%. Meeting Dots service has also allowed us to accelerate 3x the ramp up of new reps and focus our sales force on high-value tasks, better serving customers and increasing upselling and cross selling for strategic accounts.
The continuous quantitative and qualitative analysis of the performance of the campaigns provided by Meeting Dots, allows us to better understand the impact of our value proposition, make the necessary adjustments and collect tremendous valuable data that supports strategic decisions for the company.
